Refunds / exchanges. 

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. Once your return is approved and you receive your return label, you have one week to ship the item back to be eligible for a refund.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Eligible Refund Reasons:
  • Incorrect size received
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Other concerns contact us
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Processing: Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.

. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We recommend reviewing sizing, descriptions, and product details carefully before purchasing

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

 We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.

Your item must be faulty or damaged to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on non-faulty items. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been approved / sent return label, you have 7 days to ship your item back to us. Upon receipt we will inspect the return and if appropriate refund you within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@akmalmodesty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not already been prepared or dispatched within this time. You need to notify us of a cancellation via email to info@akmalmodesty.com. Any later, a cancellation will not be accepted as the order may be under the process of dispatch or be dispatched already.
